To access the Maintain County Agencies page, click on the ADMINISTRATION/COUNTY JFS AGENCIES menu link. You will see the Maintain County Agencies page:

Adding a new County Agency or Group Top of Page

To add a new County Agency or Group:
Step 1. Click the Add new Agency/Group link at the top of the grid. The entry form will be displayed (see image below).
Step 2. Enter the new agency/group information.
Agency Name : Enter a name for the agency or group.
Service Location: Enter a code value for the service location.
Type : Specify whether the new entry is a county agency (County) or a group (Group).
Group : If the new agency is associated with a group, select the group from the drop down list.
Step 3. Click the save icon.
The save icon is the green check mark
displayed under the category entry box.

Editing an Agency or Group Top of Page

Follow the same steps to edit an agency/group with the exception of step 1. Instead of clicking on the Add new Agency/Group link, click the Edit link on the agency/group row you want to edit.

In-Activating an agency /group Top of Page

To in-activate an agency/group, click the In-Activate link on the agency/group row you want to in-activate.
