To access the Maintain TANF Purposes page, click on the ADMINISTRATION/TANF PURPOSES menu link. You will see the Maintain TANF Purposes page:

Adding a new TANF Purpose Top of Page

To add a new TANF Purpose:
Step 1. Click the Add TANF Purpose link at the top of the grid. The TANF Purpose value can be up to 300 characters long.
Step 2. Enter a name for the new TANF Purpose.

Step 3. Click the save icon.
The save icon is the green check mark
displayed under the TANF Purpose entry box.

Editing a TANF Purpose Top of Page

Follow the same steps to edit a TANF Purpose with the exception of step 1. Instead of clicking on the Add TANF Purpose button, click the Edit link on the TANF Purpose row you want to edit.

In-Activating a TANF Purpose Top of Page

To in-activate a TANF Purpose, click the In-Activate link on the TANF Purpose row you want to in-activate.
