A temporary password has been sent to the e-mail address associated with your user account.

Once you receive the e-mail, use the temporary password to login and establish a permanent password.
If you did not provide an email address or the email address is no longer valid,
please contact the PRC administrator at FAPI_Contracts@jfs.ohio.gov for assistance.

                     Enter a new password in both boxes. The passwords must match.
